These Terms of Service explain the basic rules for using Arcana Log, including the mobile app, website, and related services. By using Arcana Log, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Arcana Log Provides
Arcana Log offers tarot-inspired readings, journaling tools, deck selection, and share features for reflection and entertainment. The Service does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.
2. Accounts
Some features, including saving journal entries, require sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens through your account.
3. Purchases and Subscriptions
Arcana Log may offer premium decks, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple, Google, and/or RevenueCat-supported purchase systems. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and restore behavior may be governed by the store where you purchased.
4. User Content
Journal notes and saved readings remain your content. You grant Arcana Log the limited permission needed to store, sync, display, and operate those features for you. You should not save unlawful, harmful, or rights-infringing content.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service.
- Do not use the Service to harass others or violate their rights.
- Do not bypass purchase, entitlement, or security systems.
6. Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We try to keep Arcana Log reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Disclaimers
Arcana Log is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcana Log and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
